Katia Kefalogiannis-Roumanis has watched
Pasparos since 1974 grow into the mature and
solid business that it is today.
Having been a partner
and chef in the business on and off for over
30 years, she is now the sole owner and chef
of Pasparos Taverna and successfully runs
the business with her daughter, Tania.
The key to their
success is maintaining the quality of the
staple Greek features such as the best
selling roast lamb or lamb chop dishes,
offering a warm and cozy ambiance for a
great dining experience and consistent good
service. Katia regularly changes the
specials to feature new items, dishes that
are traditional and rarely found on Greek
restaurant menus – a glimpse into
traditional Greek cuisine, often improvising
with her own creative culinary skills.
Exotic plants fill the
glassed in and heated atrium, cozy candle
lit dining areas make the perfect setting
for an intimate dinner or a warm place to
meet with friends and family. Greek flare
and passion permeates the air with the
aromas of tasty roast lamb and sizzling
saganaki cheese, uplifting Greek tunes and
enthusiastic staff. Year after year,
Pasparos continues to honour the high
reputation of Greek hospitality. |
